I. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • All original tags are attached and packaging is intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • You contact us before shipping the item back

Note: We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

II. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items (cancellable within 24 hours of order placement only)
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Final sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)

III. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will prioritize your case and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

IV. How to Return — 3 Easy Steps

Step 1 — Contact Us Email support@kingbuyone.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Step 2 — Ship Your Item Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in our return instructions. Include your order number inside the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Step 3 — Receive Your Refund Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
