General Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not fully satisfied with the product, the following important information regarding returns applies.

Generally, we strictly follow our policy when handling warranties and customer claims. We are confident in the quality of our products and value our customers' rational choices rather than impulsive purchases. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds without a valid reason.

If the product you received is defective, please contact us immediately. We will handle your complaint in accordance with our return policy and strive to resolve the issue quickly – by replacement or repair if necessary.

I. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Return and Refund)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (e.g., by email).

II. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging (which must be intact). Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is required. Prior communication with customer service and a valid reason for return are necessary.

III. Return Process

Easy Three-Step Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service via the contact form or email us at support@kingbuyone.com, stating your order number.

Step 2: Ship back your order
Please send the item(s) along with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Be sure to include the tracking number in the package. As the sender, you are responsible – we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Funds credited
Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the funds are transferred to your bank account within 5 business days.

IV. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If the return is approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please understand that your bank or credit card issuer may take several days to credit the amount back to your account. For certain special cases, actual communication shall prevail.

V. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items or discount vouchers, unless expressly stated otherwise

VI. Color Differences, Sizing Issues, and Custom Products

  • Color display: Due to technical limitations, colors displayed on screens may vary slightly. We strive to ensure color display is as accurate as possible.

  • Size selection: Please refer to our size chart before purchasing and choose the appropriate size. If the size received differs significantly from the size provided, please contact us.

  • Custom orders: For personalized or custom products, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production has already started and therefore returns or refunds are not possible.
